Well it all started one day when my father got two pair of modenas off a gentleman named Fred Shin after a couple of weeks Fred Shin took me over to meet another breeder and this started it all ERIC BURI one of the greatest men that I would ever meet, in 1970 I got my start in red schittie from Russ Sapp and Paul Ober, Paul and I had a lot of dealings, what a great man he was and I still say the reds back then had better color then today. In 1971 I got my start in bronze from Rex Arnold I just can't say enough about Rex, he has been there for me for the last 40 years thank you Rex. I often think about what would Jensen, Newton, Mara, Woul think of this hobby today. I still love it and I enjoy going to the Lebanon Pa. show every year thanks to Bob and Rich Haas for a great show and to be in the show room with great people like the Haas, Werners, Stew, Reese, Angles, Shotts, Vic . . . . we all go back a long way. Thanks for all the good times ! Francis Stidfole powerlofts1@verizon.net My first loft 1959 I was 13 years old |
